Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to attorneys during all phases of litigation
• Draft, prepare, and file legal documents such as complaints, motions, and discovery responses
• Manage discovery processes, including subpoenas, depositions, and medical record requests

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a paralegal
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in personal injury
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; paralegal certificate required
• Strong knowledge of California Code of Civil Procedure and familiarity with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
• Familiarity with PACER and e-filing systems for federal and state courts
