Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Attorney specializing in Product Licensing.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the navigation product team on inbound transactions and licensing agreements
• Handle a variety of commercial data, IP, or software licensing agreements
• Draft and review content licensing deals for maps and supplier agreements

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience with commercial (inbound) data, IP, or software licensing agreements
• Experience in content licensing deals and product counseling
• Excellent drafting skills
• Ability to work fully remote
• Availability for a 6-month project at 40 hours/week
