Key Responsibilities

• Manage attorneys and employees within the South Carolina Division, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines
• Oversee the development, forecasting, and management of the department's annual P&L
• Utilize legal expertise to manage litigation processes for mortgage foreclosures and complex civil litigation cases

Required Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in South Carolina
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in foreclosure, title, bankruptcy, evictions, and/or REO
• Management experience in a legal environment
• Postgraduate degree (Doctoral)
