Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Contract Specialist - Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and prepare various legal agreements including non-disclosure and employment contracts
• Administer and manage the contract management database and maintain legal documentation
• Conduct legal research to support compliance and evaluate legal issues or disputes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies; Juris Doctor is a plus
• Minimum of 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in U.S. healthcare contracts
• Familiarity with contract management tools and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe
• Strong background in HR and labor law with experience in employment-related legal activities
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities
