Key Responsibilities

• Oversee contract lifecycle management, ensuring timely renewals and maintaining records

• Assess legal risks in contracts and negotiate terms with vendors while ensuring compliance

Required Qualifications

• Certification in contract management such as CPCM or CCM (Preferred)
• 2+ years of experience with CLM systems
• 3+ years in a legal operations role
