Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal Specialist to provide support for Client Legal Services attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle service of answers, discovery exchanges, and review exchanges
• Draft and serve responses to discovery demands and manage supplemental demands
• Prepare trial materials and assist attorneys in trial preparation, arbitration, or mediation

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a paralegal role, preferably in a defense-focused environment
• Ability to support multiple attorneys effectively
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to evolving priorities
• Familiarity with managing medical records and document exchanges
• Proficiency in navigating vendor websites for record requests and updates
