Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst, Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit and evaluate requirements from customers and stakeholders
• Provide technical solutions and support through customer demos and presentations
• Identify gaps in product versus customer business requirements and propose optimized solutions

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or bachelor's degree with 9+ years of business analysis or related experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Medicaid Member Eligibility and Enrollment
• Minimum 5+ years of business analysis experience in healthcare, specifically Medicare/Medicaid
• Experience with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and requirements elicitation
• Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in SQL
