What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Provide comprehensive support to the Acting PMO Director and interact with middle and upper management
– Create clear and concise Business Requirements Documents
– Develop training guides and conduct training sessions for internal and external clients
– Coordinate with IT teams and Delivery Manager on project releases post-client testing signoff
– Utilize SQL server language to analyze data for requirement gathering and functional testing

What is Required (Qualifications):
– Minimum educational requirement: Four-year degree or higher in medical or computer science fields
– At least 2 years of previous experience as an IT Business Analyst
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills with attention to detail
– Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Experience in the insurance and claims industry
– Familiarity with medical claims processing
– Scrum experience or certification
– Understanding of sprint processes and project management concepts
