Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across cross-functional teams in a government-regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams, ensuring effective Agile practices are followed
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Support Product Owners in managing product backlogs and grooming user stories

Required Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in government or regulated industries
• Experience implementing Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
• Solid knowledge of Agile best practices and backlog management
• Proficiency in using Agile management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
