Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Sales Enablement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team
• Ensure alignment between sales and marketing to support a cohesive go-to-market strategy
• Lead initiatives to enhance the buyer journey by providing relevant insights and materials

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Enablement role
• Professional fluency in English & Spanish (written and spoken)
• Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field highly preferred
• Proficiency working within CRM technologies (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
