Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (En/Fr) Customer Success Manager, Principal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise and global clients, focusing on revenue retention and project facilitation
  • Provide technical leadership and support, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with service agreements
  • Coordinate internal resources to drive successful application upgrades and client engagements
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in leadership or customer relationship management roles
  • 3+ years of experience managing large, complex clients in North America or Europe
  • Comprehensive understanding of HCM best practices and project management experience
