Key Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions accurately and timely while providing exceptional service to members and providers
• Support members with post-Teladoc visit needs and maintain knowledge of policies and guidelines
• Document case details accurately and maintain member confidentiality in compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with BSN or MSN, NP in good standing
• 1-3 years of clinical experience
• Customer service experience in a healthcare setting
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
