Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Specialist (Inside Sales) to assist small and medium-sized businesses in building their business credit.

Key Responsibilities

• Add customers to Nav Prime and maintain a high retention rate
• Develop relationships with customers and advocate for their needs
• Assist customers with lending questions and guide them through the business credit process

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior sales or account management experience preferred
• Experience in personal and business credit is required
• Experience in business lending or business underwriting preferred
• Intermediate computer and CRM experience required
• Web-savvy with strong personal and business credit knowledge preferred
