Key Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of high-value customer accounts, ensuring successful renewals and identifying upsell opportunities
• Build and execute strategic account plans to drive customer satisfaction and long-term expansion
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and advocate for customer needs internally

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B SaaS experience in account management or a customer-facing sales role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and expansion sales quotas
• Experience managing relationships with technical audiences, such as CPOs and senior IT leaders
• Experience using CRM tools to manage forecasts and performance metrics
