Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Manager- Full Service TEM.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Full Service Tax Exempt plans and enhance client relationships
• Serve as the primary contact for sponsored plans, resolving service and communication issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure plan alignment and contribute to product development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry
• Experience in customer service
• SPARK/ARPS Certification preferred or to be completed upon hire
