Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager - LATAM (Remote - Work from Anywhere).

Key Responsibilities

• Originate, onboard, and maintain high net worth customer relationships in the LATAM region
• Act as an escalation point for Customer Success Advisors and monitor customer portfolios
• Attend regional events to promote the brand and grow customer relationships

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• 3+ years of customer-facing banking experience in relevant sectors
• Professional or personal exposure to the crypto markets
• Proven track record of originating leads and managing customer relationships
• Strong regional network in the financial services sector
