Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for 6-10 strategic accounts, managing onboarding and project plans
• Drive revenue growth through upsells and cross-sells while maintaining account health and tracking client sentiment
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business outcomes into actionable technical requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account, or Client Services roles within data or tech consulting
• Proven success in driving renewals, upsells, and cross-sells
• Working knowledge of modern data tools and Agile/Scrum concepts
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar)
• U.S. work authorization required; no sponsorship available
