Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Account Manager to guide a team focused on campaign execution, client retention, and account growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers in daily campaign management and client interactions
• Monitor client health and drive renewal and upsell conversations
• Review campaign performance and guide optimization plans

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in adtech or digital media
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience managing multiple accounts and campaigns
• Solid understanding of campaign performance metrics and optimization tactics
• Experience mentoring or managing others is a plus
