Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or Associate's Degree with four years of experience
• 2+ years of experience in customer experience, account management, or program management
• Experience in process management and strategic analysis
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage in a matrix environment
• Master's Degree or MBA preferred
