Key Responsibilities

• Convert inbound inquiries into bookings and conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads
• Qualify leads and design customized itineraries based on customer preferences and budgets
• Meet or exceed sales targets while fostering strong relationships with customers and travel advisors

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service contact center, preferably in travel or hospitality
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications are a plus
