Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist account executives with order entry and collection of creative assets for print and digital fulfillment
• Manage insertion orders and communicate specifications, inventory, and deadlines to the sales team
• Serve as a liaison between clients, sales, and designers to ensure high-quality creative asset development

Required Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Graphic design experience is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
