Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive - Domestic (North America).

Key Responsibilities

• Convert inbound inquiries into bookings and follow up on leads to close sales
• Qualify leads and design customized travel itineraries based on customer preferences
• Present pricing and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue and meet sales targets

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume customer service contact center
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications preferred
