Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and enable a team of experienced enterprise sales executives
• Drive performance achievement through mentoring, coaching, and strategizing
• Report on business metrics to the executive team weekly

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience building and managing sales teams in enterprise software
• Demonstrated success in growing and managing SDR and AE teams
• Experience in a high-growth VC-based B2B SaaS company
• Minimum of 5+ years of general sales experience
• Must be located on the East Coast of the United States
