Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue growth strategies in collaboration with the GTM leadership team
• Optimize sales and marketing processes to enhance revenue performance
• Implement and manage automation tools to streamline operations and ensure data integrity

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or strategy consulting in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM systems & GTM tooling
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and manage business intelligence reporting
• Familiarity with vertical-specific SaaS or beauty and wellness industry preferred
• Strong change agent with a high level of motivation to succeed
