Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business and lead a team of Senior Account Executives in selling solutions
• Manage complex sales cycles by coordinating internal teams for support
• Coach and mentor the field sales team to effectively position the company as a cloud partner

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of field sales management experience in a SaaS company with ~10+ years as a field sales representative
• Experience in selling cloud/SaaS/ERP solutions
• Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles and achieving revenue goals
• Experience in cultivating relationships with partners and alliances
• Ability to maintain accurate forecasting data and business modeling for leadership
