Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Generation Representative to make outbound calls and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to generate appointments for sales representatives
• Follow a prepared script and adapt the approach to build rapport and handle objections
• Accurately enter call notes and lead status updates into the company's system

Required Qualifications:

• Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling various personality types
• Must complete two weeks of on-site training before transitioning to remote work
• High-speed internet access and a quiet workspace are required
• Previous call center or appointment-setting experience is a plus but not required
