Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager, DeFi & Liquidity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead partnerships with top DeFi trading firms to drive liquidity and adoption of products
• Structure and execute market making and liquidity deals across various venues
• Monitor DeFi market trends and collaborate cross-functionally to close and activate deals

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years in business development or partnerships in crypto, preferably at a DEX or DeFi protocol
• Strong understanding of DeFi liquidity dynamics and market structures
• A robust network of trading firms active in DeFi
• Proven ability to lead deals end-to-end with minimal oversight
• Familiarity with generative AI models and effective prompt crafting
