Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead high-volume recruitment strategies and manage recruiting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the recruiting function to align with organizational goals and staffing needs
• Direct a team of recruiters in high-volume recruitment efforts, overseeing sourcing and interviewing
• Develop and report key recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes and workforce planning

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong track record in sourcing and hiring for various roles, including hourly and leadership positions
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office
