Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to support the recruitment process for a Call Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for internal and external positions, ensuring compliance with processes and laws
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume roles, including candidate sourcing and interviewing
• Collaborate with hiring managers and maintain partnerships with employment agencies to meet staffing needs

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
• 1 to 2 years of human resources experience, preferably in a recruiting role
• Intermediate knowledge of PC applications
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
