Administer and optimize the HRIS platform, ensuring system integrity and workflow configuration
Lead system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features and integrations
Maintain data integrity and create reports for various stakeholders while ensuring compliance with labor laws
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience managing or supporting HRIS systems, preferably with Paycom, UKG, or Dayforce
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
HR certification or HRIS-specific certifications are a plus
Experience in a multi-state or fully remote organization is preferred
Strong understanding of HR processes including onboarding, benefits, payroll, and compliance
