Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, HRIS.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the HRIS platform, ensuring system integrity and workflow configuration
• Lead system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features and integrations
• Maintain data integrity and create reports for various stakeholders while ensuring compliance with labor laws

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing or supporting HRIS systems, preferably with Paycom, UKG, or Dayforce
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• HR certification or HRIS-specific certifications are a plus
• Experience in a multi-state or fully remote organization is preferred
• Strong understanding of HR processes including onboarding, benefits, payroll, and compliance
