Job Summary

A company is looking for a Rebates and Interconnection Processor, a non-voice remote position focused on managing utility and rebate processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor dashboards and automation tools to ensure timely task completion and SLA compliance
• Manage rebate reservations, payments, and interconnection approvals while preparing necessary documentation
• Act as a subject matter expert and coordinate with internal teams to address program needs and implement process improvements

Required Qualifications

• At least 2nd-year college level, preferably in Education or a related field
• Experience in non-voice or back-office roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
