Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Specialist to work cross-functionally and drive strategic projects that support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and execute process improvements to enhance revenue and sales productivity
• Champion complex cross-functional projects, ensuring quality deliverables and measuring results
• Design and manage key performance indicators and build reports in Salesforce

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations
• Expertise in Salesforce, including process and dashboard design
• Post-secondary education in computer science, business administration, or a relevant discipline
• Experience in high-velocity, B2B SaaS sales and/or revenue operations is a plus
• Understanding of revenue metrics across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success is desirable
