A company is looking for a Teacher Support Advisor in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers and parents with account and membership queries via various communication channels
• Educate customers on resources and memberships without selling
• Collaborate with tech advisers and resource creators to address technical queries and resource requests

Required Qualifications

• Qualified teacher
• Background of teaching from within the classroom
• Strong IT skills and understanding of IT systems
• Facilities to work efficiently from home (reliable internet and access to own computer)
• Experience in a customer support environment is beneficial but not essential
