• Ensures compliance with mortgage laws and regulations while providing timely updates to borrowers

Required Qualifications and Education

• 1+ years of experience in mortgage default servicing or loss mitigation preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of mortgage industry terminology and practices
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
