Key Responsibilities

• Resolve financial transactions to ensure timely collection of expected payments
• Complete daily assignments accurately and in accordance with productivity standards
• Contact payers to facilitate timely resolution of accounts and verify insurance information

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a medical billing office setting
• Experience with MS Office
• Knowledge of insurance follow-up processes
• Experience with coordination of benefits
• Familiarity with Epic, Brightree, Billing Bridge, or similar software
