Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Operations Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for the physician network, providing on-demand support for various requests
• Collect and enter physician schedules into telemedicine scheduling software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Collaborate with the Customer Service team to troubleshoot patient requests related to physician consultations

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in telemedicine, or relevant educational background
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Technically savvy with a quick learning ability for new software applications
• Strong understanding of patient and physician needs for a positive experience
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
