Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate to join their U.S. team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with inactive or at-risk learners to understand challenges and offer support
  • Log all learner interactions and collaborate with internal teams to address learner needs
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or learner engagement roles
  • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a learner-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setup
  • Comfortable working in the EST time zone, from 8 AM to 4 PM
