Key Responsibilities

• Review GMR trips for fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA)
• Provide support in a service-oriented environment to assist customers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare or service-oriented industries is a plus
• Ability to work in a remote environment
