Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Development Specialist to coordinate and develop proposals in response to client solicitations.

Key Responsibilities

• Creates and manages proposal SharePoint sites and ensures templates are updated
• Coordinates proposal development lifecycle, including compliance checks and submission processes
• Tracks opportunities in SalesForce and performs miscellaneous administrative tasks related to proposal development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 0-2 years of related experience in proposal management or coordination
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for future visa sponsorship
• Understanding or experience in government contracting or responding to commercial RFPs is preferred
• Experience with AI proposal development tools is a plus
• Familiarity with proposal systems and processes is advantageous
