Condominium Project Underwriter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Condominium Project Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner and communicate with Sales and Ops teams, responding to emails and voicemails daily
• Analyze project information and validate project decisions per Investor Guidelines
• Ensure documentation is updated in the Byte system and obtain necessary project documents

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Condo Project underwriting experience
• Experience with both Condo and Co-op Project Underwriting
• Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, and VA guidelines
• Familiarity with CPM, CVAS, VA, FHAC, and PAR systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
