Key Responsibilities

• Select, price, quote, and review new and renewal business in line with underwriting guidelines
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and producers to support business growth
• Lead and mentor the underwriting team while sharing industry expertise

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of insurance experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• CPCU or professional insurance designation strongly preferred
• Experience in underwriting Inland Marine lines, particularly Builders Risk
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and drive results
