Job Summary

A company is looking for a Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Process loan files from opening through closing, serving as the primary contact for all parties involved
• Assemble necessary loan documents to meet underwriting guidelines and conduct follow-ups with borrowers
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness, and perform data validation

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• 2+ years of mortgage processing experience preferred
• Experience with Empower or other mortgage loan applications
• Knowledge of commonly used mortgage concepts and Fannie/Freddie guidelines
