Sales Coordinator

Our client seeks a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join their Business Development team. In this role, you will craft tailored proposals, manage the HubSpot sales pipeline, support contracts, and design compelling sales materials, working closely with the CEO and CRO to foster client relationships and optimize workflows.

Location:

Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Development: Craft persuasive proposals based on specific customer needs and preferences, customizing them to address pain points and demonstrate the value proposition.

  • Contracts: Assist with the contracting process, including drafting initial contracts, sending via DocuSign, and submitting signed agreements to the Operations Department.

  • Sales Materials: Design and implement visually appealing and professional sales material using Canva (or similar tools) that showcase an eye for design and attention to detail.

  • CRM Utilization & Process Improvement: Utilize HubSpot (CRM) to maintain up-to-date customer records, track sales activities, and leverage data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Outbound Sales Support: Support the Business Development team with prospecting and creative lead generation, while managing the outbound sales agency to ensure campaigns are effective and timely.

  • Relationship Management Support: Support building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing customers while collaborating closely with Production and Marketing teams post-sale to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of proven success in a junior sales or account management role.

  • Google Suite: Proficiency in Google Suite (Calendar, Docs, Slides).

  • CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems is essential (HubSpot would be highly advantageous).
