In this role, you will be the subject matter expert for ShareFile document management and reporting capabilities and will be responsible for independently driving the vision and roadmap for the customer-centric reporting and insights capabilities across ShareFile. You will also work with other Product Managers across ShareFile and play a critical role in aligning product teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated exceptional skills in driving product vision and strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams and leadership.
Your Area of Responsibility:
- Customer Insight: Be the voice of the customer and have the ability to leverage user feedback to understand how users engage with the product and drive meaningful outcomes for business. Ability to use data to generate actionable insights and leverage insights to achieve product goals.
- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals and market needs. Ability to define a clear roadmap of prioritized features and initiatives that deliver against that vision. Be able to drive meaningful business outcomes by connecting product outputs to the company's goals.
- Strong Business Acumen: Understanding the business aspects of SaaS solutions of ShareFile’s billing experience and functionality, including market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Ability to align product strategies with business goals and make data-driven decisions.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and product innovation and differentiation opportunities.
- Requirement Definition: Work closely with customers, Sales, and Support teams to gather requirements and feedback, translating them into actionable product specifications and user stories.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, such as executives, customers, and partners, to gather feedback, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships.
- Product Evangelism: Serve as a product evangelist, internally and externally, by effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of the product to customers, prospects, and the market.
- Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of cloud software development processes and technologies. Familiarity with agile methodologies, cloud computing, APIs, and other software-related concepts is beneficial.
- Communication and Influence: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior executives, customers, and external stakeholders. Strong presentation and negotiation skills are also important.
Your Profile:
- A bachelor's degree is required in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar field.
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a similar field
- Experience working with SaaS and Technology, software applications in B2B or B2C
- Experience with data analysis, competitive analysis, business and market trends
- Prior experience with document management and reporting is desirable.
The following will be an advantage but are not required:
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Experience in a customer-facing role, consulting, customer success, support, sales, or business development is a plus
