Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Sales Engineer to lead pre-sales engagement for AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers to understand their contact center needs
• Design and deliver customized demos showcasing AI capabilities for call quality and analytics
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback into product development

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing conversational voice and chat-based IVAs
• Proven experience with LLMs specific to contact center applications
• Experience with natural language understanding and dialogue management platforms
• Foundational experience in working with APIs for real-time data integrations
• Deep understanding of voice channel orchestration and call flow architecture
