Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Increase market awareness, sales, and profitability by generating new Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
• Collaborate with account directors to enhance new account penetration and schedule meetings
• Maintain Salesforce database and provide updates to the business development team on client interactions

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience from an accredited institution
• Experience in inside sales or related client communication roles
• Familiarity with customer relationship database management
• 1-2 years of experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) is preferred
• Demonstrated persistence and good time management skills
