Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to lead systems, processes, and insights for go-to-market success.

Key Responsibilities

• Own sales forecasting and pipeline analytics, providing actionable insights to leadership
• Design, implement, and optimize go-to-market processes in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Manage and optimize CRM architecture and oversee sales technology stack administration

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM operations role in high-growth SaaS companies
• Proven experience in CRM architecture and administration, with Salesforce Admin certification preferred
• Strong background in sales forecasting, pipeline analytics, and territory modeling
• Hands-on experience with sales tools such as Gong and Outreach, and proficiency in reporting platforms
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
