A company is looking for a Director of Growth to lead its in-product growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full growth experiment cycle, including hypothesis generation, prioritization, execution, and analysis
• Drive improvements across the funnel, focusing on signup flows, early activation, trial conversion, and referral mechanics
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on growth experiments and business performance metrics

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product growth, with 2+ years in a Director-level role in a B2C subscription or wellness platform
• Proven track record in experimentation, onboarding optimization, and activation strategy
• Deep experience with funnel analysis, user segmentation, and behavioral cohorts
• Strong background in A/B testing and multivariate testing
• Proficiency in analytics tools like Mixpanel, Segment, or similar
