Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Bill Escalation Specialist responsible for initiating the billing process and ensuring compliance with billing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor intake processes and manage EDI rejections daily
• Assist colleagues with escalation resolution and provide training on front end processes
• Request missing information from clients and assist in resolving overlaps

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least two years of experience in data entry and medical billing preferred
• Ability to understand and apply relevant laws and regulations
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Basic math skills and familiarity with data entry processes
