Texas Account Resolution Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Account Resolution Specialist responsible for collecting delinquent accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Collects delinquent accounts, including commercial, consumer, and real estate
• Assists with bankruptcy accounts and escalated member service situations
• Monitors accounts for repossession and performs skip tracing as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of collections experience
• Prefer experience in the financial industry
• Must be bondable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and personal computer use; experience with Akcelerant preferred
• Knowledge of federal and state collection laws preferred; bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
